Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms" ) govern your access to and use of the InvoiceFlow website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rask-D technology Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host, or network, including by sending a virus, overloading, or spamming the Service.
  • Upload or transmit any data that you do not have the right to use or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. User Data and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of the data you create and upload to the Service, including all invoice and client information ("User Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your User Data. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of User Data.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments now or in the future ("Paid Services"). You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Paid Services you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rask-D technology Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Rwanda and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rask-D technology Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
